Frank C. Braun

Dr. Frank C. Braun has over 25 years of executive level IT management and consulting experience. He is president of Dr. Biz Analytics, a business services and technology-consulting firm specializing in Information Security Governance, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning including Risk Management, Business Impact Analysis and Information Security Policy development. Prior to joining the faculty at NKU, he was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for several local companies including United Dairy Farmers and Klosterman Baking Company.
Dr. Braun earned his B.S. degree from Miami University and M.B.A. from Xavier University. He recently received his Doctorate degree in Management from Case Western Reserve University. He has passed certification as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP).
He is a faculty member in the Business Informatics Department at Northern Kentucky University where he teaches Information Technology, Security and Project Management courses in the MBA and Master of Science in Business Informatics (MBI) programs.
