ENTP 670 Managing Growth and Entrepreneurship in Organizations: Managing growing firms and innovation within organizations; advanced study of factors making an organization effective at each stage of growth and the key management systems that are primary tools in managing an entrepreneurial organization: strategic planning, organizational design, organizational development, control systems, and leadership. PREREQ: ENTP 640 or consent of MBA director

ENTP 680 Corporate Entrepreneurship: Concepts of change, innovation, and corporate venturing; entrepreneurial behavior and the development and implementation of programs to encourage entrepreneurship (creating value through innovation) in midsize and large firms. PREREQ: ACC 605 and FIN 605 and MKT 625 or consent of MBA director

ENTP 696 Field Experience: Entrepreneurial Studies

ENTP 696 Field Experience: Entrepreneurial Studies: Practicum course offering insight into the entrepreneurial process of managing and growing a business where students, with a faculty member, work in large or small entrepreneurial organizations with problems related to entrepreneurial management issues. Students may seek to obtain approval to repeat this course for 3 additional hours credit. PREREQ: ENTP 640 or consent of MBA director
